We indicate indicative prices so that you can get an idea of the expense and understand if it is in line with your budget: prices range from 1200 Eur to 3200 Eur per week depending on the period. Consider that August in Sardinia is the high season
We will give you the final quote based on your requests (period, composition of the group, presence of animals, additional services, etc.).
You are speaking directly with the owners of the house so you can easily tell us your needs and we will try to accommodate them.
These are our general conditions in summary:
- Rental season : runs from April to the end of October
- Prices (weekly): from 1200 to 3200 Eur
- Minimum rental period : 1 week.
- Linen : you can bring it yourself or we can provide it for you at the price of 18 Eur per person per week (for each person we provide sheets, pillowcases, 1 body towel, 1 face towel, 1 bidet towel) with weekly change.
- Garden and pool maintenance included in the price
- Electricity : paid separately according to consumption (0.50 Eur per kw/h)
- Security deposit : we ask for a security deposit of 500 Eur (also by credit card) to guarantee any damages. The sum will be returned to you or released upon departure after having verified the absence of any damage.
- Animals : we are friends with animals and they are normally allowed, but we ask you to inform us of their presence at the time of booking, also specifying the breed and size.
